By purchasing a design from our studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ownership and Copyright

   • Upon full payment, the client will receive exclusive ownership and copyright of the purchased design, including all illustrations and motifs within it. This means the design will not be sold or reused by Studio Dayze in any capacity.

   • Each design is sold only once, ensuring that the client receives a unique and original work.

2. Design Delivery

   • The design is available to download with a zip file of relevant files and assets once purchase is complete.

3. Payment Terms

   • Full payment is required before the transfer of ownership and copyright. Therefore you must complete the transaction online before any files can be sent. For bespoke designs, once a rate is agreed, a custom listing will be created.

4. Usage Rights

   • The client is granted full rights to use the design in any manner they see fit, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, and distribution.

5. Confidentiality

   • Studio Dayze will maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and the specifics of the design until the transfer of ownership and copyright is complete.

6. Modifications and Revisions

   • Any modifications or revisions to the design requested by the client after the initial delivery will be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

7. Liability

   • Studio Dayze is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the design once ownership and copyright have been transferred to the client.

8. Governing Law

   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms and  Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
